Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in international logistics, supply chain operations, or trade compliance.
• Experience with multiple transportation modes and international shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily domestic and international shipments, including pickup, transit, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Coordinate activities with air/ocean carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, and 3PLs.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate milestones, risks, and exceptions.
• Review shipping docs: invoices, packing lists, airway bills, B/Ls, export docs.
• Support inbound/outbound logistics across manufacturing, warehouse, and customer fulfillment.
• Assist with import/export activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
