Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, import, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or accounting support.
• Experience with international shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating domestic and/or international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily supply chain, purchasing, and logistics operations.
• Coordinate import shipments and maintain accurate shipment tracking.
• Prepare and file Importer Security Filings (ISF).
• Coordinate delivery orders (DOs) and direct container deliveries.
• Provide customers with weekly shipping schedules and shipment updates.
• Process customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Cross-train to provide backup support for order processing, domestic freight quotes and shipment fulfillment, and other operational functions.
