Job summary

Panasonic North America (PEXNA) is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support trade operations, governance, and KPI reporting. You will coordinate end-to-end shipment management, carrier performance, and cross-functional Lean initiatives.

You will build Power BI dashboards, run data-driven analyses, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on customer delight and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Industrial, Supply Chain Logistics, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics and Operations teams.
• Lean Continuous Improvement experience; certifications a plus (PMP, ASCM).
• Strong data analysis with Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end trade operations across all shipping modes and warehousing.
• Lead daily operations stand-up meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build KPI reporting and dashboards for trade operations and governance.
• Drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvements using Lean methods.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and global teams to optimize performance.
