IMI plc in Houston, TX, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure international shipments comply with policy and regulatory requirements. The role is on-site in Houston and involves coordinating transports, kitting, and shipping documentation daily.

You will work with planning, store, and project teams to optimize supply chain performance, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers and customers. Strong English, Excel, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma in administrative processes.
• 3–5 years of logistics coordination experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating transports with approved carriers.
• Managing kitting and shipment materials on the dock.
• Reviewing shipment materials and verifying kitting with photos.
• Collaborating with Shipping & Receiving and monitoring inbound/outbound flow.
• Prepare transport documents and communicate with planning, store, and customers.
• Track orders to delivery and manage safety observations and logs.
