SKIMS is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments across U.S. and international warehouses, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.

You will partner with production, merchandising, planning and logistics partners, maintain in-transit reports, and resolve delays or customs issues while upholding compliance and efficiency. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across U.S. and international warehouses.
• Arrange domestic and international freight, warehouse transfers, and deliveries.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, customs issues, and delivery discrepancies.
• Develop in-transit reports to track status and ETAs.
• Collaborate with production, merchandising, planning, and retail teams.
• Prepare outbound documents and review inbound docs for accuracy.
• Work with customs brokers to ensure compliance.
