World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Global Logistics Specialist I to manage daily shipping execution for domestic and international shipments originating from WWT warehouses and partner facilities. You will ensure export/import compliance aligned with US and international regulations, while leveraging data to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in Domestic and International Logistics and Trade Compliance.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio proficiency.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Six Sigma/ Lean training a plus.
• MRP experience a plus (Oracle or SAP).
• Knowledge of and experience of US import and export regulations.
• Must be fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily shipping execution, including load tendering, documentation preparation, track and trace, and other daily logistics activities.
• Execute procedures related to export and import compliance with US and international regimes.
• Develops an in-depth understanding of the industry and key players.
• Utilizes resources and reports to track operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with team members to implement new ideas and improve processes.
• Compile data and analyze impact of process changes.
• Maintain records and data per policies and retention schedules.
