Job summary

Air-Sea Int'l Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to coordinate international ocean and air shipments from booking to final delivery. You will prepare key documents, ensure compliance with U.S.

regulations, and track shipments while communicating with customers, agents, carriers, and brokers. Responsibilities include maintaining records, updating internal systems, and assisting with quotations and general office support as needed.

Qualifications

• Coordinate international ocean and air import/export shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, AES filings, and other import/export documentation.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and customs brokers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and container movements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
• Assist with customer quotations and general office support as needed.
