Job summary

Seasats is seeking a Logistics Specialist in San Diego, CA to coordinate shipments and ensure a world-class customer experience. You will manage domestic and international shipments, prepare documentation, and maintain operational readiness, reflecting Seasats’ pride in its unmanned maritime systems.

You will work cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, production, operations, and customers to ensure successful deployments, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service background.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating logistics and shipments, domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for vessels, parts, tools, batteries, and finished products.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and customers.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Export docs).
• Research shipping regulations to ensure compliance.
• Track shipments and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
