Job summary

Wieland is hiring an International Logistic Coordinator in Delaware, OH, on-site. You will oversee shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with clients to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling domestic and international truck shipments, handling orders and invoices, and supporting the Scheduling/Planning team. Excellent communication and import/export experience are ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience with import/export documentation preferred.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts and obstacles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule trucks shipments both domestic and international.
• Schedule parts and service orders.
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
• Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Track and fix shipping errors.
• Prepare bills and invoices.
• Back-up Scheduling/Planning as needed with work orders.
• Meet and greet customers and visitors.
• All other duties assigned.
