Job summary

Wieland is hiring an International Logistic Coordinator in Delaware, OH, on-site. You will oversee shipments, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with clients to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling domestic and international truck shipments, handling orders and invoices, and supporting the Scheduling/Planning team. Excellent communication and import/export experience are ideal.

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain concepts and obstacles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Meet and greet customers and visitors.
• All other duties assigned.

Wieland is hiring an International Logistic Coordinator. The International Logistic Coordinator responsibilities and duties include overseeing the shipment of products, ensuring documentation is accurate, managing customs requirements, and communicating with clients and customers regarding deliveries and timelines. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on‑site.

• Schedule trucks shipments both domestic and international
• Schedule parts and service orders
• Ensure timely schedules for client orders

• Back‑up our Scheduling/Planning department as needed with work orders
• Meet and greet customers and visitors
• All other duties assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Experience with import/export documentation strongly preferred.
• Computer and keyboard knowledge ability to use database and email
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• Ability to follow and communicate with excellent verbal & written instructions
• Ability to make decisions based on deadlines and customer requirements
• Ability to work as a team to meet customer demands based on inventory controls
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to reliability and consistency
• Frequent standing, stooping, and bending
• Occasional carrying and lifting not to exceed 40 lbs.
