• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and Trace Customs files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Interpret import/export procedures to meet customer instructions.
• Enter customs declaration information into the entry system.
• Verify declaration information and submit to customs authority.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and customs organizations.
