Job summary

P4N Solutions in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Air & Ocean) to plan, execute, and optimize inbound and outbound freight. The role requires hands-on air and ocean freight experience and a readiness to work five days with weekend shifts as needed.

You will manage tracking, KPIs, and cross-functional communication with carriers, brokers, and customers, ensuring timely and compliant shipments across global networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics coordination, with a strong focus on international air and ocean freight operations.
• Hands-on experience in international Air, Ocean, and OTR freight forwarding operations.
• Proven experience managing transload warehouse operations and Truckload (TL) dispatch.
• Strong understanding of international air and ocean freight regulations, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS or equivalent).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Bilingual (Korean/English)
• Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling for Air Export, Ocean Import and OTR including weekend operations.
• Port & Terminal coordination with terminals, airports, and customs brokers.
• Movement tracking in real time and daily documentation validation.
• Transload Warehouse capacity planning and KPI monitoring.
• TL OB OTR dispatch using TMS; optimize routing and loads.
• Partner & stakeholder communication with carriers, brokers, and customers.
• Compliance with trade regulations; maintain audit-ready records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
