SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Air & Ocean Operations) in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on planning, executing, and improving inbound/outbound air and ocean freight, ensuring timely movements from manufacturers to warehouses and customers.

Requirements include hands-on air/ocean freight experience, knowledge of regulations, and strong coordination with carriers, brokers, and internal teams. Expect a 5‑day schedule with potential weekend shifts based on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of logistics coordination experience with international air and ocean freight.
• Hands-on experience in international air, ocean, and OTR freight forwarding operations.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule daily tracking for Air Export, Ocean Import, and OTR including weekend ops.
• Coordinate port/terminal departure schedules with operators and brokers.
• Monitor shipments in real time and handle documentation such as IOD/POD.
• Oversee transload capacity and KPIs; resolve bottlenecks with warehouse teams.
• Dispatch TL OB orders via TMS; optimize routing and load consolidation.
• Communicate with carriers, forwarders, and customers; manage escalations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regs and maintain audit-ready records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
