Job summary

International Medical Corps is seeking a Coordinator, Logistics to provide technical support to country logistics teams, oversee procurement, warehousing, transport, and reporting, and ensure compliance with donor and local regulations. The role reports to the Country Director and collaborates with regional and HQ teams to optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant and progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• 5+ years of humanitarian logistics or supply chain experience at management level.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee country logistics, procurement, warehousing, stock, transport, fleet and reporting.
• Manage procurement planning, supplier registration, SLAs and budgets.
• Coordinate with HQ Global Logistics and Regional teams on international orders and exports.
