Job summary

Amazon in Nashville is seeking a Program Manager to drive data visualization, forecasting analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across our logistics network.

You will review metrics, build dashboards with QuickSight, and deliver deep-dive analyses to optimize routes and capacity. You’ll present insights to senior leadership and coordinate with data engineering to ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop data visualizations and analytical models to facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Lead design and execution of business analytics for forecasting.
• Analyze large datasets to optimize key processes and drive improvements in cost, speed and capacity.
• Partner with data engineering teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.
• Identify opportunities for deep dive investigations and future program development.
• Prioritize multiple high-level projects to improve network capacity and forecast accuracy.
• Derive actionable recommendations from complex analyses.
• Communicate analytical insights and business implications to senior leadership.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, focusing on team interactions.
