Job summary

CNH Industrial in the United States is seeking a Localization Program Manager to lead translation initiatives for CNHi products and platforms. You will ensure high-quality localized content aligned with release schedules, budgets, and business priorities, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires strong program management, negotiation with partners, and hands-on monitoring of KPIs and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; electrical and/or mechanical engineering experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with program management and/or formal project management training (PMP or similar) preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Change Management (ECOs).
• Proven experience in localization or translation project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and UX teams.
• Experience in agricultural or industrial equipment industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation efforts across CNH products and platforms.
• Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for alignment on priorities, timelines, and quality.
• Define translation priorities using analytics and KPIs.
• Establish success metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage budget and resource planning, including external vendor coordination.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to translation quality and delivery timelines.
• Track goals and progress with regular updates and escalation as needed.
• Oversee updates to translation systems (XTM) and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
