Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of localization or translation PM experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work across product, engineering, and UX teams.

Job description

Lead localization and translation programs across product displays, cloud applications, and construction equipment, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to meet business priorities, quality standards, budgets, and release schedules. Manage translation workflows, validation and testing, project governance, stakeholder reporting, and updates to the XTM system and related development deliverables.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field and at least two years of related experience are required, along with proven localization or translation project management experience. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work across product, engineering, and UX teams; experience with ERP systems, change management, project tools, translation systems, or agricultural and industrial equipment is beneficial.
