Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in loan operations.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of syndicated loans, private credit, bilateral lending.
• Proven track record of managing global teams.
• Strong project management and system implementation skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global loan operations teams responsible for trade capture, funding, position management, reconciliations, and lifecycle events across syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Define and execute strategic initiatives to scale operations, enhance controls, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Provide governance oversight of agent notice workflows, system transitions, and issue resolution processes.
• Build a strong risk and control environment with robust documentation standards.
• Drive transformation projects including automation and system integration (Aexeo, Sentry).
• Manage talent across global locations, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high‑risk transactions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, client SLAs, and regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction through governance committees.
