Job summary

The Citco Group Limited, a leading global fund services provider, is seeking an experienced Loan Administration professional in Dallas, TX. You will manage daily operations of syndicated and private debt portfolios, oversee loan lifecycle processing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate client deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of loan administration experience, strong analytical skills, and proven people management ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of syndicated and/or private debt portfolios, including direct lending, middle market credit and real estate debt transactions.
• Ensure client deliverables are met timely and accurately.
• Oversee and monitor accurate processing of loan lifecycle activity.
• Manage a team of approximately 2-3 analysts/associates.
• Review credit agreements and loan documentation for proper setup in the loan system.
• Maintain daily workflow and meet deadlines.
• Identify accrual, position, and cash breaks to Loan Servicers and Agents.
• Interact with internal departments to resolve loan-related issues.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to drive results and deliverables.
• Contribute to procedural enhancements to improve daily tasks and reconciliation.
