Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the Workplace Health and Safety and Safety Learning and Development team. This role drives global safety training programs across operations and leadership, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage cross-functional initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and use data to identify improvements, track KPIs, and deliver impactful training programs on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall program strategy and planning for their regions/business units.
• Apply project management best practices to drive plan execution, mitigate risks, and improve effectiveness.
• Continuously improve program components and provide status updates to leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating cross-functional training programs.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders to promote training program adoption.
• Effectively communicate and manage multiple priorities while coordinating across teams.
• Define, track, and monitor progress against success metrics and project plans.
