Hines, Chicago-based, seeks a General Property Manager to oversee operations of a mixed-use property and deliver top-tier hospitality experiences. The role emphasizes leading a cross-functional team, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with Hines’ service standards.

You will drive leasing strategies, engage with community and stakeholders, and ensure on-site operations meet safety and performance goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years of mixed-use management experience with emphasis in office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience leading a multi-layered team and coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational oversight of the property to meet investment objectives.
• Increase economic value of the property while guiding asset to be experiential and influential.
• Lead a cross-functional team including third-party providers.
• Supervise event programming to create a community atmosphere.
• Manage marketing, leasing strategies, and competitive service standards.
• Negotiate contracts with brokers, architects, engineers, and outside consultants.
• Ensure compliance with government, industry, regional, and company programs.
