The role leads growth initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-functional program delivery across Spotlight Courses, Webinar Series, and International Lecture Series, partnering with volunteers and external organizations for impactful education.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in educational programming or related field.
• Experience planning and executing educational programs, conferences, webinars, or professional development initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including volunteers, vendors, and leadership.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, growth, and execution of RSNA's live education programs in the U.S. and internationally.
• Manage planning and implementation of Spotlight Courses, Webinar Series, International Lecture Series, and other live programs.
• Oversee goals, timelines, budgets, logistics, marketing, and post-event evaluations.
• Lead vendor selection and manage external partnerships to support delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, International Affairs, Corporate Relations, Membership, Meetings, Programs, and teams to maximize impact.
• Support sponsorship opportunities and provide local market insights with Corporate Relations.
• Develop content and outreach strategies with physician volunteers and global partners.
