Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. seeks an Events Coordinator to plan and execute Evo and RTS live events worldwide.

You'll work with the Events Manager and VP of Operations, taking ownership of end-to-end planning for various event scales, from on-site roles to full-area ownership for smaller events. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring independent work and strong collaboration with marketing, partnerships, content, and broadcast teams as well as external agencies and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in live event operations, preferably within gaming, esports, or entertainment.
• Demonstrated success owning projects of varying scale.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Proficient in event management tools (e.g., Google Drive Suite).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable event frameworks adaptable to multiple events.
• Align operations with business goals and attendee experience priorities.
• Coordinate registration, credential distribution, and attendee data with vendors.
• Create data collection processes for vendors, exhibitors, and partners.
• Collaborate with ticketing, credentialing, and resale vendors to ensure data flow.
• Oversee on-site credential pickup, VIPs, and help desk staffing.
• Manage catering, concessions, and sponsor integrations.
• Track budgets and vendor invoices, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
