Qualifications

• Live event production experience: 4 years.
• Video or design experience: 3 years.
• Customer service experience: 3 years.
• Total combined minimum years: 5–7 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage all production elements of small to mid-sized meetings from planning through implementation.
• Perform site surveys, in person or via layout software.
• Coordinate with AbbVie and external presenters, vendors and owners.
• Provide onsite PowerPoint, Streaming and/or AV support if needed.
• Monitor in-house production staff and outside vendors during events.
• Ensure client communication meets or exceeds expectations.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Track time and meet utilization targets.
