Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Manager, Litigation & Risk Management to lead litigation, claims, and IP administration across global entities. This hybrid role out of the Rosemont, IL hub partners with Legal, Finance, Product, Quality, Engineering and Operations to optimize risk management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD, paralegal certification, risk management experience preferred.
• 5-8+ years in litigation management, claims administration, or related fields.
• Corporate legal department experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation, product liability claims, subpoenas, and regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate outside counsel and internal investigations; support case strategy.
• Monitor claims, reserves, settlements, and legal spend.
• Administer IP portfolios including maintenance and renewals.
• Develop dashboards, budgets, and metrics for legal spend and risk exposure.
