Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Managing Director to lead liquidity strategy and drive growth for a GPS client portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite treasury executives and senior banking partners, driving liquidity revenue and broader treasury opportunities.

You will originate and execute complex domestic and cross-border liquidity mandates, develop client-specific strategies, and align solutions with enterprise objectives in collaboration with Treasury, Product, and leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of banking, treasury services, liquidity management, or corporate finance experience.
• Deep expertise in global liquidity, cash management, deposit products, and balance sheet dynamics.
• Proven ability to influence and advise C-suite treasury and finance executives.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory, risk, and capital considerations impacting deposit franchises.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CTP, or other advanced designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of complex domestic and cross-border liquidity mandates.
• Develop and execute client-specific deposit, investment, and balance sheet strategies.
• Partner with Corporate Treasury, Product Management, Treasury Coverage, and Corporate Banking leadership.
• Sponsor and lead strategic client engagements, major RFPs, and new business pursuits globally.
• Influence product innovation and strategic priorities through client feedback and market insights.
• Provide senior leadership and mentorship to liquidity specialists and GPS sales teams.
• Drive regulatory, risk, and compliance initiatives impacting liquidity products and client portfolios.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and thought leadership to clients and stakeholders

• Demonstrated success managing large revenue portfolios and originating complex treasury solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, and capital considerations impacting deposit franchises.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence outcomes across multiple lines of business and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CTP, or other advanced designation preferred.

Desired skills:

• Experience leading teams or serving as a senior subject matter expert across a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking, corporate treasury functions, and multinational cash management structures.
• Demonstrated track record winning large-scale RFPs and cross-border treasury mandates.
