Job summary

Agilent's CrossLab Group seeks a Global Commercialization Manager to oversee the launch and commercialization of life science products, ensuring alignment with market needs and driving business growth.

You will develop launch plans, lead cross-functional teams with Product Management, Commercial Marketing, and Sales, establish KPIs, train go-to-market processes, and continuously improve commercialization practices within the Launch Excellence team. Remote-friendly with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in product marketing, sales, or project management in life sciences.
• Strong PM, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and scientific knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new and existing products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive commercialization governance.
