The role involves developing business plans, guiding execution, and mentoring junior colleagues while leveraging CRM, experience, and AI tools to drive efficiency and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or JD a plus.
• At least six years in managerial marketing; law firm or professional services preferred.
• Know-how in business development within a services industry: client development, strategic planning, cross-selling.
• Ability to advise lawyers, build relationships, move initiatives forward.
• Excellent writing and communication for pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Experience with budget planning, client account management, and supervising staff.
