Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a Licensing and Regulatory Specialist to support the Legal & Regulatory compliance team. You will obtain, maintain, and renew licenses and registrations and assist with regulatory functions domestically and internationally.

The role involves completing license applications, renewals, and filings, managing affiliate transactions, and liaising with state insurance departments while ensuring ongoing compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years licensing or regulatory compliance experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail demonstrated in regulatory tasks.
• Strong analytical and project management skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Completing and tracking insurance company license applications and registrations.
• Preparing license and registration renewals and corporate amendment filings.
• Manage insurance company holding act affiliate transactions.
• Maintain insurance company director and officer notifications.
• Liaising with state insurance departments on information requests and inquiries.
• Maintain ongoing compliance in the domestic United States and internationally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, underwriting, and finance teams to ensure licensing activities meet regulatory requirements.
