G-III Apparel Group is seeking a highly skilled Designer to join our Global Licensing Design team in New York City. The role oversees external design teams across accessories, children's clothing, footwear, home, bath, legwear, and socks for multiple brands, developing upwards of 20 collections annually while maintaining brand identity and commercial objectives.

• Translate brand identities into cohesive multi-category collections.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple seasonal collections and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal Design teams to communicate updated brand DNA and seasonal concepts to licensing partners.
• Oversee development of licensed products across multiple categories.
• Review design concepts, sketches, prototypes, and submissions from external design teams.
• Provide clear feedback, approvals, and revisions throughout development.
