Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Legal Transformation Project Manager to lead high-impact programs across the Corporate Legal function. You will own end-to-end planning, adoption, and measurement for initiatives spanning process optimization, global operating models, and portfolio management.

Hybrid schedule with occasional travel and coordination across time zones. You will partner with HR, Communications, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, operating with independence to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
• Experience defining governance, risk management, and executive reporting
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability without direct authority
• Experience with legal operations or corporate legal environment is a plus
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream Legal Transformation programs from strategy to benefits realization
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables with executive sponsors
• Maintain integrated project plans and executive dashboards for governance
• Establish and optimize governance frameworks, cadences, and decision forums
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement
• Identify risks, mitigation actions, and drive closure with stakeholders
• Develop adoption metrics, value realization, and course-corrections for sponsors
• Prepare executive updates and decision-ready materials
