Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school or a foreign law degree with an LLM is required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients and quickly understand complex legal and operational concepts, with proven experience handling intricate claims and issue resolution.
• Active, unrestricted license in good standing from at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
• Project or program management involving global stakeholders and full project lifecycle support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Legal Process Execution: Follows guidance from project managers and counsel while applying legal expertise to make informed decisions and resolve issues.
• Project Coordination & Communication: Participates in meetings, shares updates, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to support project goals.
• Documentation & Client Interaction Reviews and prepares internal and client-facing documentation. Responds to complex inquiries from claimants and clients.
• Quality Assurance & Reporting Develops and monitors production reports and quality checks. Supports service excellence and transparency.
• Training & Continuous Improvement Supports onboarding, peers training, and assists with issue resolution and scripting updates.
• Performance & Productivity Exceeds billable targets through prioritization and quality delivery.
