Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Project Coordinator to own a piece of a project lifecycle, preparing, processing and QC data before delivering to clients. You will work under the Client Services Manager and ensure timely, accurate results for complex electronic data projects.

You will coordinate with production teams, manage tasks, timelines and deliverables while maintaining proactive client communication and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and handling image/text files.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level liaison with key client representatives for end-to-end service delivery.
• Coordinate and execute client deliverables to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide oversight to client-specific projects managed by the Production Team.
• Create project plans with tasks, resources, schedules, and deliverables.
