Qualifications

• Experience in both in-house legal dept and law firm.
• Experience in project/program management.
• Strong contract negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Outside counsel benchmarking hourly rates experience.
• Pricing experience with AFAs.
• Experience developing/implementing solutions or operational improvements.
• Verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams (XFN).
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft suites.

Responsabilités

• Support the Legal Operations Manager with spend management.
• Negotiate AFAs on high-spend matters and seek opportunities to negotiate AFAs.
• Assist with trainings re AFAs.
• Run RFPs including attending follow-up interviews with vendors and the legal team.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to create RFP templates for small and large RFPs.
• Collaborate with the RFP team to build RFP templates via RFP tool.
• Draft process documents and playbooks.
• Roll out the MRA program to new firms and complete MRAs.
• Negotiate with law firms on pricing.
