Mondelez International is seeking a Legal Operations & Financial Analyst to support the Legal and Compliance team. You will manage legal financial operations, analyze spending, and develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in legal operations, financial analysis, or corporate legal setting preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot, macros, data modeling.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with e-billing and matter management systems (TeamConnect, Collaborati).

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze billing and matter data to identify trends and insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for financial reporting.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting.
• Lead and optimize outside counsel management, invoicing, and vendor relations.
• Evaluate AI and automation opportunities to improve legal operations workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and process improvements.
