Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Finance Analyst for Planning & Performance Management in the United States. You will conduct detailed financial analysis, support data structuring, and ensure data integrity under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

The role focuses on forecasting, month-end close, and trade analytics to support commercial decisions. The candidate will work with SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel to deliver high-quality insights, partnering with Mondelez teams to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of finance experience.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power BI is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute finance planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for a defined business scope.
• Conduct Gross to Net budget reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
• Support internal controls and compliance in line with policies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as assigned by Finance Manager/Director.
• Develop financial models and analytic tools for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and present insights to senior leadership with high visibility.
