Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Legal Operations & Financial Analyst to support the Legal and Compliance Department. The role focuses on financial reporting, data analysis, and outside counsel management across 165 countries, with emphasis on automation and AI-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities include invoicing, reporting, and vendor management, leveraging TeamConnect and e-billing platforms to optimize legal spend and drive strategic financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6+ years in legal operations, financial analysis, or similar in corporate legal dept or law firm.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot charts, pivot tables, macros, data modeling).
• Understanding of accounting principles and legal billing guidelines (UTBMS/LEDES).
• Experience building financial dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze key billing data to identify trends and insights.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs for financial reporting using Excel/Power BI.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; assist with forecasts and budgeting.
• Process outside counsel invoices across countries via TeamConnect; ensure adherence to billing guidelines.
• Manage outside counsel/vendors, timekeepers, and e-billing workflows.
• Drive analytics, AI, and BI to optimize legal spend and operations.
