Job summary

Glaukos Corporation is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to oversee leave of absence, disability, accommodation, return-to-work, and workers’ compensation programs for a global workforce, with primary responsibility for U.S. operations.

You will lead end-to-end administration, provide expert guidance to managers and partners, develop compliant policies, and monitor program metrics to drive improvements. This role requires 8+ years of related experience, deep knowledge of federal and state leave

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in benefits administration.
• 8+ years administering leave, accommodations, disability, and workers’ compensation programs.
• Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements with multi-state compliance.
• Experience independently managing complex and sensitive employee cases and partnering with third-party administrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of leave, disability, accommodations, return-to-work, and workers’ compensation programs.
• Manage complex employee cases with compliance to laws and company policies.
• Provide expert guidance to employees, managers, HRBP, Payroll, Benefits, and Legal.
• Partner with third-party administrators and vendors for high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, training materials, and documentation.
• Monitor program metrics, analyze trends, conduct audits, and drive improvements.
