Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading teams or global portfolios.
• Strong ASC 842 knowledge and financial controls.
• Experience with outsourced lease providers and ERP transitions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and health of global lease portfolio.
• Lead lease administration team and coordinate cross-functional partners.
• Ensure data quality, renewals, and critical-date tracking.
• Oversee rent payments, reconciliations, and ASC 842 compliance.
• Drive process automation and global playbook development.
