Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Program Manager for Global Learning Academies to structure and optimize academy programs across regions, starting with Leap Technical Academy. You will oversee schedules, enrollment, logistics, and delivery, while maintaining calendars, trackers and reports to ensure consistent learner experiences.

You will collaborate with partners, SMEs, facilitators, and regional teams, using data and feedback to enhance operations, communications, and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent/Workforce Development, or Program Management.
• Experience managing learning programs, academies, or cohort-based formats; strong stakeholder follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day academy operations, Leap-focused, including schedules, enrollment, logistics and delivery support.
• Maintain program plans, calendars, trackers, dashboards and status updates.
• Coordinate with learning partners, SMEs, facilitators, vendors and regional teams.
• Track participation, completion, feedback and engagement; use data to push improvements.
• Identify risks and dependencies; escalate when decisions are needed.

You will play a critical role in ensuring academy programs are planned, coordinated, delivered, tracked, and continuously improved across regions.
