Job summary

Kemin is seeking a Global Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and leadership development programs across a global workforce. You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that drive employee growth and leadership readiness.

This role is hands-on, collaborative, and results-focused, with responsibility for learning technology, analytics, and program delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in HR/OD/L&D or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in learning and development.
• Experience supporting a multi-site, multinational or global workforce.
• Experience designing and improving leadership or employee development programs.
• Experience using learning technologies or LMS to support delivery.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong project management, communication and change management skills.
• Experience with learning analytics and reporting.
• Experience with leadership/manager development or succession programs.
• Experience with Cornerstone or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of global learning and leadership programs.
• Manage initiatives for manager effectiveness and employee growth.
• Ensure programs deliver strong learner experiences and measurable impact.
• Develop scalable learning pathways, tools, and resources.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align capability needs.
• Lead learning technology implementation and analytics.
• Coordinate with regional partners for consistent program delivery.
