Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating learning and development programs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to address capability needs.
• Demonstrated success leading learning initiatives that support organizational change.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Professional certification in coaching or organizational development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability needs and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
• Execute learning and capability development strategies that support business goals.
• Design, implement, and improve leadership development and workplace learning programs.
• Facilitate instructor-led workshops and development experiences for leaders and high-potential employees.
• Establish and monitor success measures to assess program effectiveness, learner engagement, and ROI.
• Provide learning consulting expertise to leaders and stakeholders on organizational development initiatives.
• Support organizational change and transformation through learning and capability-building solutions.
• Build partnerships across HR, business functions, and global teams to deliver integrated talent development strategies.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors, learning technologies, and content providers.
• Leverage data and insights to inform recommendations and improve outcomes.
• Share best practices to strengthen learning effectiveness across the organization.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with global standards.
