Qualifications

• 1–3 years in technical writing, knowledge management, or content strategy.
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience using Confluence or enterprise‑level knowledge tools.
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own knowledge solutions from internal programs and learning platforms.
• Translate complex topics into simple, usable content for agents and trainers.
• Maintain training curriculum and material for accuracy and relevance.
• Review content based on feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate content.
• Triage and manage Jira tickets from global support sites.
• Support AI initiatives by structuring knowledge content for chat workflows.
