Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Design Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower the Membership Services organization to perform at its highest level.

You will partner with business leaders to translate priorities into scalable learning solutions, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate performance and improve the member experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting, and governance.
• Experience creating eLearning using modern authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
• Strong instructional design foundation translating complex business processes into engaging, performance-focused learning experiences.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using learning data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI-enabled tools to improve learning design and content development.
• Commitment to embracing AI tools in day-to-day tasks with high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences—including eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and blended programs.
• Own and administer the LMS, ensuring learning content is deployed, governed, maintained, and measured.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop scalable enablement programs.
• Leverage instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to create scalable learner-centric experiences.
• Establish and continuously improve learning design standards, governance processes, and content frameworks.
• Measure and communicate the effectiveness of learning programs using performance metrics and analytics.
• Lead TRE events for change training, continuous learning and new hire onboarding.
• Provide lateral support to Training Delivery and support a Global Membership Services team.
