Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, HR consulting, or organizational effectiveness in the technology industry is preferred.
• Consulting skills: needs assessment, root‑cause diagnosis, and solution design grounded in business context.
• Stakeholder management, negotiation, mediation, and respectful challenge with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CSX leaders, HR partners, role owners, and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify skill gaps and enablement opportunities.
• Represent enablement needs in planning cycles and prioritization conversations.
• Conduct needs assessments using structured frameworks before recommending solutions.
• Translate business goals and CSX KPIs into multimodal learning journeys.
• Incorporate third-party content, internal programs, embedded learning, and peer development.
