Qualifications

• Education: requires a 4-year degree or equivalent in-depth training related to the work.
• Experience: minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related experience.
• Department is willing to accept education in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct departmental operations and budgets, strategic planning and growth, policy development and supervision of staff.
• Promote globalization goals and enrollment targets in collaboration with colleges and departments.
• Oversee faculty-led program development, student recruitment and scholarships, and risk procedures.
• Manage Learning Abroad staff, budgets, and scholarship funds; coordinate semester program assessment and data analysis.
