Job summary

Aurorium is seeking a Global Operational Excellence Leader to drive the organization’s continuous improvement strategy across regions and business units. The role partners with leaders to identify opportunities, address root causes, and implement practical, sustainable Lean solutions.

The successful candidate will develop a consistent Lean framework, standardize methodologies, and lead multi-site collaboration while driving strategic initiatives and measurable productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operational excellence or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement across regions and business units.
• Own certification programs and ensure quality project execution.
• Deliver strategic improvement projects with measurable results.
• Partner with functions to improve end-to-end processes and changes.
