Job summary

Aurorium in the United States is seeking a Global Operational Excellence Leader to drive continuous improvement across regions and business units. The role partners with leaders to identify opportunities, address root causes, and translate them into practical, sustainable solutions.

You will develop a consistent Lean framework, standardize methodologies, and lead multi-site initiatives, with ownership of selected projects and accountability for measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years in operational excellence leadership in process manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement strategy across regions and units.
• Develop Lean framework and standard methodologies.
• Own strategic improvement projects from planning to results.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial.
• Oversee KPIs, analytics, data governance, dashboards.
• Travel up to 30%.
