Job summary

Aurorium seeks a Global Operational Excellence Leader to drive Lean and Continuous Improvement across our regions and business units. You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate structured problem solving, and deliver measurable productivity improvements that align with SQDCP targets.

Ideal candidates hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, 10+ years in operational excellence or process manufacturing, and excellent analytical and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Change management experience is required.
• Data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.
• Facilitation, coaching and training capabilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional structured problem solving, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and Lean improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve performance.
• Develop Lean/Six Sigma capability through training, coaching, and hands-on support.
• Lead strategic improvement initiatives from planning through implementation with clear objectives and measures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and others to end-to-end process improvements and sustainable changes.
• Oversee KPIs, analytics, data governance, and performance dashboards to guide decisions.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and actively report incidents.
