Aurorium is recruiting a Global Operational Excellence Leader to drive continuous improvement across regions and business units. You will enable Lean frameworks, standardize methodologies, and facilitate multi-site alignment to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, training, and development of a high-performance Lean culture across locations, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years of leadership in operational excellence or process improvement, global scope preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and training capabilities on lean six sigma.
• Results-driven with a bias for rapid performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and geographies.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional Lean improvement initiatives and Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people targets.
• Develop Lean capability and certification programs; coach and mentor teams to sustain improvements.
• Own strategic improvement projects from planning to implementation with clear objectives, milestones, ownership, and measures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial to implement end-to-end process changes.
